AlphaImpute2 is program to perform imputation in a range of animal and plant species.

Availability

AlphaImpute2 is available as open-source from GitHub and can be easily installed using pip install AlphaImpute2 (the latest release).

Please report any issues at https://github.com/AlphaGenes/AlphaImpute2/issues.

Conditions of use

AlphaImpute2 is part of a suite of software that our group has developed. It is fully and freely available for all use under the MIT License.
